We
are delighted that Martine Winnington, from Switzerland,
has agreed to make a return visit to England to teach a weekend of Bach
Flower Remedy Dances. Martine combines a
thorough knowledge of the Bach Flower Remedies with a holistic approach to
health and personal development. There
are 38 dances, one for each remedy, and from her many years of experience,
Martine knows that they are powerful in effect.
The dances are often very simple, all danced in
a circle, and are easily learnt, especially as Martine creates a joyful and
caring atmosphere where learning is easy and fun.
The
music is mainly from Latvia
and Lithuania
and the dances were developed over a period of years by Anastasia Geng. Born of Latvian parents who were displaced by
both the first and second world wars, she discovered Sacred Circle Dance in the
1970s and Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies in 1985.
Immediately she knew that dances also carried these gentle, healing
energies.
Martine
danced with Anastasia for many years before undertaking the teacher training
and is now a well known and well loved international teacher of these
dances. We would encourage you to book
early to obtain a space on this weekend workshop.
